Before Ordering
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept PayPal but will add more payment methods soon.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page.

Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers and it will be safe as it should be.
After ordering
When will my order be processed?
All orders will be handled within 1 besiness day after it was created. The specific time needed depends on how many orders are created before yours. Orders in high season may take more time. Please contact us if your order takes more time than expected.
Note: Orders created on weekends will be shipped on the next Monday.
Where can I see the details of my orders?
You can see the details of your order in your account, including how you paid for it, the tracking number of your delivery.
When will I get my package?
Normally your order will be delivered in 3-8 business days. You can click extra-fast delivery when you check out (with extra delivery fees) if you need one.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
How do I track my package?
Orders placed online through a registered account will have tracking information displayed once the order is fulfilled. You will also receive an email notification that includes the appropriate tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, this site only offers shipping to addresses within the United States.
Please email us for a complete list of international distributors and contact information.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse often processes orders within a few hours. If the process has completed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Note: Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
